A graduate of the U.C. Berkeley School of Journalism, Carrie Lozano produced the Academy-Award nominee "The Weather Underground" (2003), which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and won Best Documentary at the San Francisco International Film Festival. She recently produced, directed and edited "Reporter Zero" (2005), a short documentary film about maverick AIDS-journalist Randy Shilts, which premiered at the 2006 International Berlin Film Festival and won the student Academy Award for Best Documentary.
